Questions everyone asks.
Do I have to pay?
No. The Student plan is free, with 5 credits a day, and each creation uses one credit. Studying and reviewing never use credits. Supporter is optional.
What material works?
Pasted text, from 10 to 5,000 characters on the free plan, or a PDF with selectable text: up to 20 MB for your first set and up to 2 MB after that on the free plan. PDFs scanned as images can't be read yet.
Does the AI make things up?
Questions come only from the material you sent, with no outside facts. You can edit or delete any flashcard afterwards.
What happens to my PDF?
It sits in private temporary storage only while it is processed, and it is deleted as soon as the text is extracted.
How does Zuppi know when to show a flashcard again?
It uses FSRS, a spaced-repetition algorithm. Each Remembered or Didn't remember updates the prediction of when you would forget that flashcard.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Zuppi was designed for phones first and can be installed on your home screen like an app.
